Fertility Treatment Prices in Georgia: GI Rimon Clinic Price List

Our treatment fees depend on the source of the eggs and sperm and on the scope of the program. Every IVF program has two rates: basic — without medication and without the tests required before stimulation — and comprehensive, which covers them.

Every program comes with one embryo transfer. ICSI is part of the package — at our clinic it is the standard fertilization method, with no extra charge. How the treatment works step by step is described on the in vitro fertilization page.

The full cost of a basic IVF program at our clinic covers: the medical consultation and treatment plan, ultrasound monitoring and blood tests during stimulation, egg retrieval under short anesthesia, ICSI, embryo culture in our laboratory to the blastocyst stage and one embryo transfer.

What the basic rate does not cover, and the comprehensive program does: the medication for ovarian stimulation and the tests needed to plan the protocol. For patients using their own eggs the difference between the two programs is €3,500, and the medication can also be bought in your home country.

Optional extras beyond the program:

Embryos remaining after the transfer are frozen, and each additional transfer costs €1,500 with no new stimulation cycle — see embryo freezing. Egg freezing, embryo storage fees, intrauterine insemination (IUI) and the initial fertility testing are quoted individually after the first visit, because their cost depends on the protocol and the tests each patient needs.

Our surrogacy programs in Georgia are open to heterosexual couples who are married or have lived together for at least one year, as Georgian law requires. For single men, single women and same-sex couples we offer surrogacy through our branch in Armenia.

Surrogacy programs cover up to three embryo transfers; each additional transfer costs €1,500. The NIPT test during pregnancy is part of the program. Two payments go directly to the surrogate mother and not to the clinic: €5,000 in case of twins and €1,000 in case of a caesarean section. An IVF cycle at GI Rimon starts with testing and an individual treatment plan, and the first embryo transfer usually takes place within three months of your first contact. We plan every step in advance, so you know exactly when you need to be in Batumi:

1. Consultation and tests.

   Hormone assessment, ovarian reserve check and semen analysis; part of the tests can be completed in your home country.

2. Ovarian stimulation.

   About ten days of medication with ultrasound and blood-test monitoring.

3. IVF egg retrieval.

   A 20–30 minute procedure under short anesthesia; the semen sample is collected the same day.

4. ICSI and embryo culture

   In our laboratory to the blastocyst stage, five to six days.

5. Embryo transfer

   Part of the program. The remaining embryos are frozen.

Unlike large hospitals, we are a boutique clinic, and each program is coordinated personally with the patient — one contact person in the clinic helps you with every question, medical or logistical. The stay in Georgia for stimulation, retrieval and transfer usually lasts two to three weeks. Batumi has its own international airport, so you do not need to travel through Tbilisi.
