In 2011, she completed the Social Work Certification Program at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, supported by UNICEF, the European Union and the Georgian Social Service Agency.
In 2017, she was named the best social worker in the Adjara region by the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Protection of Georgia and awarded a certificate of appreciation for her exceptional services.
Since 2005, she has been working at the Adjara Regional Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the LEPL Social Service Center, the LEPL State Care and Trafficking Victims and Victims Assistance Agency;
She has also been working at the Batumi Night Shelter for 5 years.
Over the years, she has completed numerous trainings (fundamentals of social work, social work with children and families, health-related recommendations for caregivers and social workers, violence and neglect against children, multi-sectoral approaches, family support and adoption program, effective and interpersonal communication, conflict management, domestic violence, crime against people and society, positive parenting program, updated “gatekeeping” policy, procedures and forms of practice, distribution of functions of social worker and service provider in relation to small family-type homes, work with children with disabilities and their families, identification of children who are victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse, survey, response, prevention, support for women and children’s rights in the Adjara region.
Her activities at GI Rimon include surrogacy Participation in procedures/preparation of conclusion, preparation of conclusion within the framework of a court dispute, appointment of a guardian/caregiver/support.
